1. Services

By purchasing UNFUNK, ACTIVATE, or BECOMING, you are entering into a professional coaching agreement with Susan Francis

.

UNFUNK is a one-off 90-minute private coaching session.

ACTIVATE is a 30-day private coaching container including four live sessions and voice note support as outlined on the sales page.

BECOMING is a six-month private coaching container including weekly live sessions and support as outlined on the sales page.

All services are delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

2. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal and professional growth.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or legal advice.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching relationship.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment (or the first instalment where applicable) is required to secure your place.

UNFUNK is payable in full at the time of booking.

ACTIVATE and BECOMING payment plans must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule. Missed payments may result in paused access to services until resolved.

All payments are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and the time reserved for you, all purchases are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue participation in ACTIVATE or BECOMING, remaining payments under a payment plan are still due unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Voice Note Support (Where Included)

Voice note support is available only within ACTIVATE and BECOMING, as outlined on the relevant sales page.

Voice notes may be sent Monday to Thursday.

Responses will be provided within 24–48 working hours.

Voice notes must be kept clear and concise, with a maximum length of 5 minutes per message. This ensures focused, effective support and respects the integrity of the container.

Excessively long, frequent, or unfocused messages may be redirected to a scheduled session.

Voice note support is not available during weekends, public holidays, or outside of the agreed container dates.

6. Scheduling & Timeframe

UNFUNK must be booked and used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

ACTIVATE runs for 30 consecutive days from the date of the first scheduled session.

BECOMING runs for six consecutive months from the date of the first scheduled session.

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions outside of this period may be forfeited.

In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, a short extension may be granted at Susan’s discretion.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at Susan’s discretion.

8. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Attend sessions on time
• Participate honestly and openly
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

Results vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and engagement.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content shared during coaching remain the intellectual property of Susan Francis and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing these services, you agree that Susan Francis is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from decisions or actions taken following coaching sessions.

12. Agreement

By purchasing UNFUNK, ACTIVATE, or BECOMING and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
